大德一心念！我某甲比丘，故妄語，犯（爾許、眾多）波逸提罪（餘隨種名，事別稱之）。今向大德懺悔，不敢覆藏等。同上。

"Let the bhadanta single-mindedly pay heed! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, knowingly told a lie, committing [this many / numerous] prāyaścittika offenses (for others, name them distinctly according to the type). I now confess before the bhadanta, not daring to conceal them, etc." The rest is the same as above.
