大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪覆藏（若干）日。此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，隨覆藏（若干）日，今從僧乞覆藏羯磨。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧與某甲比丘隨覆藏（若干）日羯磨。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and concealed it for [so many] days. This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, concealed it accordingly for [so many] days, and now requests from the saṃgha the karman of concealment. If the time has come for the saṃgha, and the saṃgha approves, the saṃgha grants to bhikṣu so-and-so the karman corresponding to [so many] days of concealment. This is the motion.
