2.38

大德僧聽！我某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，覆藏（若干）日。我某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，隨覆藏（若干）日，已從僧乞覆藏羯磨；僧已與我某甲比丘隨覆藏（若干）日羯磨。我某甲比丘已行（若干）日，未行（若干）日，白大德僧令知，我行覆藏。（往餘寺等白法大同，應知。）

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and concealed it for [so many] days. I, bhikṣu so-and-so, committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, concealed it accordingly for [so many] days, and have requested from the saṃgha the karman of concealment; the saṃgha has granted me, bhikṣu so-and-so, the karman corresponding to [so many] days of concealment. I, bhikṣu so-and-so, have already practiced [it] for [so many] days, and have not yet practiced [it] for [so many] days; I announce this to the venerable saṃgha so that it may know: I am practicing [parivāsa for] concealment." (The procedure for announcing upon going to other monasteries and the like is largely identical and should be known accordingly.)
