2.51

大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，覆藏（若干）日。此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，隨覆藏（若干）日，已從僧乞覆藏羯磨；僧已與此某甲比丘隨覆藏（若干）日羯磨。此某甲比丘行覆藏竟，今從僧乞六夜摩那埵。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧與某甲比丘六夜摩那埵。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and concealed it for [so many] days. This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, concealed it accordingly for [so many] days, and has requested from the saṃgha the karman of concealment; the saṃgha has granted to this bhikṣu so-and-so the karman corresponding to [so many] days of concealment. This bhikṣu so-and-so, having completed the practice of [parivāsa for] concealment, now requests from the saṃgha the six-night mānatva. If the time has come for the saṃgha, and the saṃgha approves, the saṃgha grants to bhikṣu so-and-so the six-night mānatva. This is the motion.
