大德僧聽！若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧差某甲比丘，為僧持功德衣。白如是。

Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha tolerates and listens, the saṃgha appoints bhikṣu so-and-so to hold the kaṭhina for the saṃgha. This is the ñatti.
