2.60

大德僧聽！我某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，覆藏（若干）日。我某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，隨覆藏（若干）日，已從僧乞覆藏羯磨；僧已與我某甲比丘隨覆藏（若干）日羯磨。我某甲比丘行覆藏時，中間更重犯某僧殘罪，覆藏（若干）日，亦從僧乞前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨；僧亦與我某甲比丘前犯中間重犯覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨。我某甲比丘行前犯中間重犯覆藏（若干）日及覆藏本日治羯磨竟，今從僧乞六夜摩那埵。願僧與我某甲比丘六夜摩那埵，慈愍故。（三說。僧應與法。）

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! I, bhikṣu so-and-so, committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offence and concealed it for [such-and-such a number of] days. Having committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offence and concealed it for [such-and-such a number of] days, I, bhikṣu so-and-so, have already requested from the saṃgha the karman for concealment; the saṃgha has already granted to me, bhikṣu so-and-so, the karman for concealment corresponding to [such-and-such a number of] days. While I, bhikṣu so-and-so, was practicing concealment, in the interim I further repeatedly committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offence and concealed it for [such-and-such a number of] days; I also requested from the saṃgha the karman of penalizing [sentencing back to] the original date for the concealment of [such-and-such a number of] days of both the earlier offence and the interim repeated offence; the saṃgha also granted to me, bhikṣu so-and-so, the karman of penalizing [sentencing back to] the original date for the concealment of [such-and-such a number of] days of both the earlier offence and the interim repeated offence. Having completed the karman of penalizing [sentencing back to] the original date for the concealment of [such-and-such a number of] days of both the earlier offence and the interim repeated offence, I, bhikṣu so-and-so, now request from the saṃgha the six nights' mānatva. May the saṃgha grant me, bhikṣu so-and-so, the six nights' mānatva, out of compassion." (Spoken three times. The saṃgha should grant the procedure.)
