大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，覆藏（若干）日。此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，隨覆藏（若干）日，已從僧乞覆藏羯磨；僧已與此某甲比丘隨覆藏（若干）日羯磨。此某甲比丘行覆藏竟，已從僧乞六夜摩那埵；僧已與此某甲比丘六夜摩那埵。此某甲比丘行摩那埵時，中間更重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏，今從僧乞前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏六夜摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨；僧與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏六夜摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨。誰諸長老忍僧與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏六夜摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨者默然，誰不忍者說。（三說。）僧已忍與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏六夜摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（白行等法，亦悉同前。）

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣu so-and-so committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and concealed it for [such-and-such a number of] days. Having concealed it for [such-and-such a number of] days, this bhikṣu so-and-so, who committed a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, has already requested from the saṃgha the karman for concealment; the saṃgha has already granted this bhikṣu so-and-so the karman for the [number of] days corresponding to the concealment. Having completed his practice of concealment, this bhikṣu so-and-so has already requested the six-night mānatva from the saṃgha; the saṃgha has already granted this bhikṣu so-and-so the six-night mānatva. While this bhikṣu so-and-so was practicing mānatva, he again committed in the interim a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense without concealing it; he now requests from the saṃgha the six-night mānatva for the previous offense and the interim repeated offense of a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense without concealment, and the karman of penance from the beginning of the mānatva; the saṃgha grants bhikṣu so-and-so the six-night mānatva for the previous offense and the interim repeated offense of a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense without concealment, and the karman of penance from the beginning of the mānatva. Whichever elders consent to the saṃgha granting bhikṣu so-and-so the six-night mānatva for the previous offense and the interim repeated offense of a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense without concealment, and the karman of penance from the beginning of the mānatva, remain silent; whoever does not consent, speak!" (To be spoken three times.) "The saṃgha has consented to grant bhikṣu so-and-so the six-night mānatva for the previous offense and the interim repeated offense of a certain saṃghāvaśeṣa offense without concealment, and the karman of penance from the beginning of the mānatva. Because the saṃgha consents, it is silent; thus is this matter maintained. (The procedures for the announcement of practice, etc., are also all identical to the preceding.)
