大德僧聽！此某甲比丘，犯某僧殘罪，不覆藏，已從僧乞六夜摩那埵；僧已與此某甲比丘六夜摩那埵。此某甲比丘行摩那埵時，中間更重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏，今從僧乞前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏六夜摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧與某甲比丘前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪不覆藏六夜摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣu named so-and-so committed such-and-such saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and did not conceal it; he has already begged the saṃgha for the six-night mānatva, and the saṃgha has already granted this bhikṣu named so-and-so the six-night mānatva. While this bhikṣu named so-and-so was practicing the mānatva, he again repeatedly committed such-and-such saṃghāvaśeṣa offense midway without concealing it. He now begs the saṃgha for the six-night mānatva and the karman of mānatva-mūlāpakarṣaṇa for the previously committed and midway repeatedly committed unconcealed saṃghāvaśeṣa offenses. If the time has arrived for the saṃgha, may the saṃgha approve and grant the bhikṣu named so-and-so the six-night mānatva and the karman of mānatva-mūlāpakarṣaṇa for the previously committed and midway repeatedly committed unconcealed saṃghāvaśeṣa offenses. This is the motion."
