大德僧聽！此某甲比丘尼，犯某僧殘罪，今從僧乞半月摩那埵。若僧時到，僧忍聽僧與某甲比丘尼半月摩那埵。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣuṇī named so-and-so has committed such-and-such saṃghāvaśeṣa offense, and now begs the saṃgha for the half-month mānatva. If the time has arrived for the saṃgha, may the saṃgha approve and grant the bhikṣuṇī named so-and-so the half-month mānatva. This is the motion."
