大德僧聽！此某甲比丘尼，犯某僧殘罪，已從僧乞半月摩那埵；僧已與此某甲比丘尼半月摩那埵。此某甲比丘尼行摩那埵時，中間更重犯某僧殘罪，今從僧乞前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨；僧與某甲比丘尼前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨。誰諸長老忍僧與某甲比丘尼前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨者默然，誰不忍者說。（三說。）僧已忍與某甲比丘尼前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（白亦同前，作須具牒。）

"Let the saṃgha, venerable sirs, listen! This bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], committed [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa offense and already requested a half-month mānatva from the saṃgha; the saṃgha has already granted this bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], the half-month mānatva. While this bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], was undergoing the mānatva, in the meantime she again committed [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa offense. She now requests from the saṃgha a half-month mānatva for the former offense and the intermediate repeat offense of [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa, as well as the karman of retroactively adjusting the mānatva to the original day. The saṃgha grants the bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], the half-month mānatva for the former offense and the intermediate repeat offense of [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa, as well as the karman of retroactively adjusting the mānatva to the original day. Whichever venerable ones approve of the saṃgha granting the bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], the half-month mānatva for the former offense and the intermediate repeat offense of [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa, as well as the karman of retroactively adjusting the mānatva to the original day, remain silent; whoever does not approve, let him speak." (Three times.) "The saṃgha has already approved granting the bhikṣuṇī, [so-and-so], the half-month mānatva for the former offense and the intermediate repeat offense of [such-and-such] saṃghāvaśeṣa, as well as the karman of retroactively adjusting the mānatva to the original day. The saṃgha approves, because of silence; so is this matter held. (The motion is also the same as before; when performing it, [the circumstances] must be stated in full.)"
