與不捨惡見舉羯磨法（若有比丘如是惡見生，作如是言：「我知佛所說法，犯婬欲非障道法。」佛言：「聽僧為作呵諫白四。」諫法如文。彼比丘僧與作呵諫，故不捨惡見。佛言：「與作不捨惡見舉白四。」此作及解，亦文如律。）

The Procedure for Imposing the Codanā-karman for Not Relinquishing an Evil View (If there is a bhikṣu in whom such an evil view arises, and he speaks thus: "I know the Dharma taught by the Buddha: committing sexual desire is not a dharmic hindrance to the Path." The Buddha said: "I permit the saṃgha to perform an admonishing jñapticaturtha for him." The procedure for admonishing is as in the text. Although the saṃgha performed the admonition for that bhikṣu, he still did not relinquish his evil view. The Buddha said: "Perform for him the jñapticaturtha for the codanā of not relinquishing an evil view." The performance and revocation of this are also as in the text of the Vinaya.)
