3.18

大德僧聽！此某甲比丘心亂狂癡，或憶說戒或不憶說戒、或來或不來。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧與某甲比丘作心亂狂癡羯磨，或憶或不憶、或來或不來僧作羯磨說戒。白如是。

Let the saṃgha, bhadantas, listen! This bhikṣu So-and-so is mentally deranged and insane; he sometimes remembers the recitation of the precepts and sometimes does not remember the recitation of the precepts, sometimes comes and sometimes does not come. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, may the saṃgha hear and approve: let the saṃgha perform the karman for mental derangement and insanity for the bhikṣu So-and-so, [so that whether] he sometimes remembers or does not remember, sometimes comes or does not come, the saṃgha performs the karman and recites the precepts. This is the ñatti.
