3.37

一切比丘默擯不與語，是梵罰治。（然不改者）將詣眾中，諸人共彈使出，莫與說戒，亦莫與法會從事。

All bhikṣus silently banish him and do not speak with him; this is the punishment of brahmadaṇḍa. (If he still does not change,) he is brought into the saṃgha, and everyone together ejects him by snapping their fingers, not reciting the precepts with him, nor engaging in religious assemblies together with him.
