大德僧！受我懺悔。自今已去，自責心，止不復作。（佛言：「若隨順眾僧，無所違逆，求解呵責羯磨。聽解，作白四羯磨。」僧應觀察，有五法不應為解，謂違上七五之行；有五法應為解呵責，謂不違上七五之行。應至僧中，具儀作如是乞：）

"Bhadanta saṃgha! Accept my confession. From now on, with a self-reproaching mind, I cease and will not do it again." (The Buddha said: "If he conforms to the saṃgha without any disobedience, and seeks the revocation of the tarjanīya-karman, I permit revoking it by performing a jñapticaturtha-karman." The saṃgha should observe: there are five conditions under which it should not be revoked, namely violating the aforesaid conduct of the seven fives; there are five conditions under which the tarjanīya[-karman] should be revoked, namely not violating the aforesaid conduct of the seven fives. He should come into the midst of the saṃgha, complete the formal deportment, and make the request thus:)
