結說戒堂法（律言：不知當於何處說戒。佛言：「聽作說戒堂。應一比丘具儀唱某大堂、閣上堂、經行堂、若河側、若樹下、若石側、生草處已。」應如是作。）

Procedure for binding the poṣadha hall: (The Vinaya says: They did not know where they should hold the poṣadha. The Buddha said: "I allow the making of a poṣadha hall. One bhikṣu, possessing proper deportment, should proclaim: 'A certain great hall, upper-story hall, walking meditation hall, or riverbank, or under a tree, or by a boulder, or in a grassy place.'" After doing so, it should be enacted thus.)
