Procedure for the entire saṃgha revealing offenses known in common: (The Vinaya says: 'Listen well, all of you! When the saṃgha gathers in one place desiring to recite the precepts, and at the time of reciting the precepts, the entire saṃgha has all committed offenses, they each think: "The World-Honoured One instituted the rule that an offender must not recite the precepts, must not listen to the precepts, must not confess to an offender, and an offender must not receive another's confession." That bhikṣu, having made a motion, should confess.' Make the motion like this:)
