大姊一心念！我某甲，今求阿姨為教授阿闍梨，願阿姨為我作教授阿闍梨。我依阿姨故，得受大戒。（三說。報云：）可爾。

"May the ayye focus her attention! I, named so-and-so, now seek the aunt to be my anusāsanācāryā. May the aunt act as my anusāsanācāryā. Depending on the aunt, I will obtain upasampadā." (Spoken three times. She replies:) "It is well."
