諦聽！今真誠時，我今問汝，有便言有，無當言無。汝不犯邊罪不？汝不犯比丘不？汝非賊心入道不？汝非破內外道不？汝非黃門不？汝非殺父不？汝非殺母不？汝非殺阿羅漢不？汝非破和合僧不？汝非惡心出佛身血不？汝非是非人不？汝非畜生不？汝非有二形不？汝字何等？和尚尼字誰？年歲滿不？衣鉢具不？父母（夫主）聽汝不？汝不負人債不？汝非婢不？汝是女人不？女人有如是諸病：癩、白癩、癰疽、乾痟、癲狂、二道合、道小、大小便常漏、洟唾常出。汝有如是諸病不？（若其一一隨事答「無」，復應語言：）

"Listen attentively! Now is the time for truth. I will now ask you: if there is, say there is; if there is not, you should say there is not. Have you not committed an antima-vatthu offence? Have you not defiled a bhikṣu? Have you not entered the path with a thief's intention? Have you not schismatized internal or external traditions? Are you not a paṇḍaka? Have you not killed your father? Have you not killed your mother? Have you not killed an arhat? Have you not caused a schism in the concordant saṃgha? Have you not with an evil mind shed the blood of a Buddha's body? Are you not a non-human? Are you not an animal? Are you not of dual sex? What is your name? What is your upādhyāyinī's name? Are your years complete? Are your robes and bowl complete? Have your parents (and husband) permitted you? Are you free from debt to others? Are you not a slave? Are you a woman? Women have illnesses such as these: leprosy, white leprosy, carbuncles, consumption, madness, joined passages, small passages, continuous leaking of urine and feces, and constant running of nasal mucus and saliva. Do you have such illnesses?" (If she answers "No" to each one, one should say to her again:)
