大德僧聽！此某甲，從和尚尼某甲求受大戒。此某甲，今從僧乞受大戒，和尚尼某甲。若僧時到，僧忍聽，我問諸難事。白如是。

"May the Venerable Saṃgha listen! This [candidate] so-and-so seeks to receive upasampadā from upādhyāyikā so-and-so. This [candidate] so-and-so now begs the saṃgha to receive upasampadā, with upādhyāyikā so-and-so. If the time has arrived for the saṃgha, and the saṃgha gives its consent, I shall ask about the obstacles. This is the ñatti."
