大姊僧聽！僧差某甲比丘尼，為比丘尼僧故，半月往比丘僧中求教授。誰諸大姊忍僧差某甲比丘尼，為比丘尼僧故，半月往比丘僧中求教授者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍差某甲比丘尼，為比丘尼僧故，半月往比丘僧中求教授竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。（彼獨行無護，應差二三比丘尼共去。）

'Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! The saṃgha dispatches bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, on behalf of the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha, to go every half-month among the bhikṣu-saṃgha to seek instruction. Whoever among the venerable sisters gives consent to the saṃgha dispatching bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, on behalf of the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha, to go every half-month among the bhikṣu-saṃgha to seek instruction, let her remain silent; whoever does not give consent, let her speak. The saṃgha has given consent to dispatching bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, on behalf of the bhikṣuṇī-saṃgha, to go every half-month among the bhikṣu-saṃgha to seek instruction. The saṃgha has consented, because it is silent; thus do I hold this matter.' (She travels alone without protection; two or three bhikṣuṇīs should be dispatched to go together.)
