往比丘僧中說自恣差使比丘尼法（世尊聽比丘尼夏安居竟，往比丘僧中說三事自恣：見、聞、疑。聽白二羯磨差一比丘尼往，應如是差。）

Procedure for Appointing an Envoy Bhikṣuṇī to Declare Pravāraṇā in the Bhikṣu Saṃgha (The World-Honoured One permitted that when the bhikṣuṇīs have concluded the rains retreat, they go before the bhikṣu saṃgha to declare pravāraṇā in three matters: what has been seen, heard, or suspected. It is permitted to appoint one bhikṣuṇī to go by a jñaptidvitīya-karman. She should be appointed as follows:)
