大姊一心念！我比丘尼某甲，是衣僧伽梨（若干）條受，（若干）長（若干）短，割截衣持。（三說。受次二衣，類准亦爾。受覆肩衣應云：）

"May the sister pay single-minded attention! I, bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, determine this robe, a saṃghāṭī of [so many] strips, [so many] long and [so many] short, to uphold as a cut-and-pieced robe." (Spoken three times. Determining the next two robes follows the same model. Determining the shoulder-covering robe should be said as:)
