大姊僧聽！今有爾許比丘尼集結小界。誰諸大姊忍爾許比丘尼集結小界者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍爾許比丘尼集結小界竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! There are now so many bhikṣuṇīs gathered to establish a small sīmā. Whichever venerable sisters approve that so many bhikṣuṇīs gathered establish a small sīmā, remain silent. Whosoever does not approve, speak! The saṃgha has already approved that so many bhikṣuṇīs gathered establish a small sīmā. The saṃgha approves, because of silence; thus is this matter maintained."
