1.85

我阿姨某甲，歸依佛、法、僧竟。我今隨佛出家已，和尚尼某甲，如來、無所著、等正覺，是我世尊。（三說。）

“I, [addressing] venerable aunt so-and-so, have taken refuge in the Buddha, the Dharma, and the Saṃgha. Having now gone forth following the Buddha, with upādhyāyinī so-and-so, the Tathāgata, the Arhat, the Samyaksambuddha is my World-Honoured One.” (To be said three times.)
