大姊一心念！我某甲比丘尼，犯某偷蘭遮罪，今向大姊懺悔，不敢覆藏。懺悔則安樂，不懺悔不安樂，憶念犯發露，知而不覆藏。願大姊憶我清淨，戒身具足，清淨布薩。（如是至三。懺主語言：）自責汝心，應生厭離。（懺者答言：）爾。

"Ayye, focus your thoughts! I, bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, have committed a certain sthūlātyaya offence; now I confess to ayye, not daring to conceal it. In confession there is peace and happiness; without confession there is no peace and happiness. Recollecting the offence, I disclose it; knowing it, I do not conceal it. May ayye remember me as pure, endowed with the body of precepts, and pure for poṣadha." (Thus up to three times. The confession master says:) "Reproach your own mind; you should give rise to revulsion." (The confessant replies:) "Yes."
