大姊僧聽！此某甲比丘尼，鉢破減五綴不漏，更求新鉢，犯捨墮，今捨與僧；僧今與此某甲比丘尼鉢。誰諸大姊忍僧與某甲比丘尼鉢者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍與此某甲比丘尼鉢竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! This bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, whose bowl was broken with fewer than five mends and did not leak, sought yet another new bowl, committing a forfeiture, and now forfeits it to the saṃgha; the saṃgha now gives a bowl to this bhikṣuṇī so-and-so. Whichever ayye approves that the saṃgha gives a bowl to bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, let her remain silent; whosoever does not approve, let her speak. The saṃgha has approved giving a bowl to this bhikṣuṇī so-and-so. The saṃgha approves, because it is silent; thus do we hold this matter."
