大姊僧聽！此一切眾僧犯罪。若僧時到，僧忍聽，此一切僧懺悔。白如是。（作是白已，然後說戒。）
"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! This entire saṃgha has committed an offence. If the time has arrived for the saṃgha, and the saṃgha approves, this entire saṃgha repents. Such is the ñatti." (Having made this motion, they then recite the precepts.)
