大姊僧聽！我某甲比丘尼，僧與作呵責羯磨。我今隨順眾僧，無所違逆，從僧乞解呵責羯磨。願僧慈愍故，為我解呵責羯磨。（三說。僧應如是與法。）

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! I, bhikṣuṇī [name], had the saṃgha execute the tarjanīya-karman for me. I am now compliant with the saṃgha, without any defiance, and request revocation of the tarjanīya-karman from the saṃgha. May the saṃgha, out of compassion, revoke the tarjanīya-karman for me." (Three times. The saṃgha should execute the procedure as follows:)
