與不懺悔罪舉羯磨法（若有比丘尼犯罪，諸比丘尼語言：「汝有罪懺悔。」答言：「不懺悔。」佛言：「聽僧與作不懺悔舉白四。」此作及解，亦文如律。）

Procedure for imposing codanā-karman for not confessing an offence: (If there is a bhikṣuṇī who commits an offence, and the bhikṣuṇīs say to her, 'You have an offence; confess it,' and she answers, 'I will not confess,' the Buddha said, 'The saṃgha is permitted to carry out for her a codanā jñapticaturtha-karman for not confessing.' The carrying out and revocation of this are also as in the text of the Vinaya.)
