大姊僧聽！此某甲比丘尼心亂狂癡，或憶說戒或不憶說戒、或來或不來。僧與某甲比丘尼作心亂狂癡羯磨，或憶或不憶、或來或不來作羯磨說戒。誰諸大姊忍僧與某甲比丘尼作心亂狂癡，或憶或不憶、或來或不來作羯磨說戒者默然，誰不忍者說。僧已忍與某甲比丘尼作心亂狂癡，或憶或不憶、或來或不來作羯磨竟。僧忍，默然故，是事如是持。

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! This bhikṣuṇī so-and-so has a disordered mind and is mentally deranged, sometimes remembering the poṣadha and sometimes not remembering the poṣadha, sometimes coming and sometimes not coming. The saṃgha grants the bhikṣuṇī so-and-so the karman of a disordered mind and mental derangement, so that whether she remembers or does not remember, comes or does not come, it carries out the karman and recites the precepts. Whichever ayyes approve of the saṃgha granting the bhikṣuṇī so-and-so [the status of] a disordered mind and mental derangement, so that whether she remembers or does not remember, comes or does not come, it carries out the karman and recites the precepts, let them remain silent; whoever does not approve, let her speak. The saṃgha has approved granting the bhikṣuṇī so-and-so [the status of] a disordered mind and mental derangement, so that whether she remembers or does not remember, comes or does not come, it carries out the karman. The saṃgha approves, because it is silent; thus is this matter maintained."
