大姊僧聽！我某甲比丘尼，先得狂癡病。說戒時，或憶或不憶、或來或不來，眾僧與我作狂癡病羯磨。作已，病還得止，今從眾僧乞解狂癡羯磨。（三說。僧應如是與法。）

"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! I, the bhikṣuṇī so-and-so, previously contracted the illness of mental derangement. At the time of the poṣadha, sometimes remembering and sometimes not, sometimes coming and sometimes not, the saṃgha carried out for me the karman for the illness of mental derangement. Having carried it out, the illness has now ceased; I now beg the saṃgha for revocation of the karman of mental derangement." (Stated three times. The saṃgha should grant the procedure in this way:)
