大德僧聽！此某甲比丘尼，犯某僧殘罪，已從僧乞半月摩那埵；僧已與此某甲比丘尼半月摩那埵。此某甲比丘尼行摩那埵時，中間更重犯某僧殘罪，亦從僧乞前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨；僧亦與此某甲比丘尼前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨。此某甲比丘尼行前犯中間重犯某僧殘罪半月摩那埵及摩那埵本日治羯磨竟，今從僧乞出罪羯磨。若僧時到，僧忍聽，僧與某甲比丘尼出罪。白如是。

"May the venerable saṃgha listen! This bhikṣuṇī so-and-so has committed such-and-such a saṃghāvaśeṣa offence, and has requested from the saṃgha the half-month mānāpya; the saṃgha has granted this bhikṣuṇī so-and-so the half-month mānāpya. While this bhikṣuṇī so-and-so was practising mānāpya, in the interval she again committed such-and-such a saṃghāvaśeṣa offence, and also requested from the saṃgha the half-month mānāpya and the karman for mānāpya from the start for the former offence and the interval re-offence; the saṃgha also granted this bhikṣuṇī so-and-so the half-month mānāpya and the karman for mānāpya from the start for the former offence and the interval re-offence. This bhikṣuṇī so-and-so has completed the practice of the half-month mānāpya and the karman for mānāpya from the start for the former offence and the interval re-offence, and now requests from the saṃgha the karman of rehabilitation. If the saṃgha's time has come, and the saṃgha consents, the saṃgha grants the bhikṣuṇī so-and-so rehabilitation. This is the ñatti."
