"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! The bhikṣuṇīs of this residence have announced the marks in the four directions of the mahāsīmā. The saṃgha now within these marks of the four directions establishes a mahāsīmā, with a common residence and common poṣadha. Whichever ayyes approve that the saṃgha within these marks of the four directions establishes a mahāsīmā, with a common residence and common poṣadha, remain silent; whoever does not approve, speak! The saṃgha has already approved that within these marks of the four directions, with a common residence and common poṣadha, the mahāsīmā is established. Because the saṃgha approves and remains silent, so is this matter maintained."
