“Come, bhikṣuṇī! In my Dharma, take genuine delight in practicing the holy life and exhausting the source of suffering.” (Once these words were proclaimed, the hair naturally fell off, the kaṣāya clothed her body, the alms-bowl was in her hands, and this was termed going forth and receiving upasampadā.)
