The procedure for the entire saṃgha revealing offences when they share in a doubtful offence (According to the Vinaya: when the saṃgha gathers in one place wishing to recite the precepts, and at the time of reciting the precepts the entire saṃgha has doubts about an offence, each of them thinks: "The World-Honoured One instituted the precept..." as before. That entire saṃgha, having made a motion, should state their offences. They should make the motion as follows:)
