"Suṇātu me ayye saṃgho! This bhikṣuṇī so-and-so has a disordered mind and is mentally deranged, sometimes remembering the poṣadha and sometimes not remembering the poṣadha, sometimes coming and sometimes not coming. If the saṃgha's time has arrived, and the saṃgha approves, the saṃgha grants the bhikṣuṇī so-and-so the karman of a disordered mind and mental derangement, so that whether she remembers or does not remember, comes or does not come, the saṃgha carries out the karman and recites the precepts. Such is the ñatti."
