The procedure for granting the settlement by majority decision (yadbhūyasikīya-vinaya): (If a dispute matter is present before the bhikṣuṇīs and cannot be settled, they should seek many bhikṣuṇīs who know the Dharma to circulate voting sticks (śalākā) to settle it, determining the decision by the majority of sticks.)
