第八、證明相。「弟子眾等，仰稽首十方盡虛空遍法界一切諸佛諸大菩薩：此娑婆世界南贍部洲人主地，大唐國某州縣某寺僧伽藍佛像前，有眾多佛子，今於我所受菩薩戒竟，我已作證明。唯願諸佛諸大菩薩慈悲，亦為作證明。」（三說。）已證明竟。

Eighth, Evidencing the Marks. 'We, the assembly of disciples, respectfully bow our heads to all Buddhas and all great bodhisattvas of the ten directions, exhausting empty space and pervading the dharmadhātu: In this Sahā World, in Jambudvīpa, in the domain of the sovereign of men, in the Great Tang country, in such-and-such prefecture and county, in such-and-such monastery Saṅghārāma, before the Buddha image, there are numerous Buddha-sons who have now received the bodhisattva precepts before me. I have already served as witness. We pray only that all Buddhas and all great bodhisattvas will compassionately also serve as witnesses.' (Spoken three times.) The witnessing has been concluded.
