1.19

第十二、教持戒，令誦戒本，有所不戒解，一一銷通。念佛誦經，思惟修集，具如下文，隨戒消釋。

Twelfth, instructing in upholding the precepts, causing them to chant the prātimokṣa, and where there is lack of comprehension of the precepts, clarifying each and every point; mindful of the Buddha and reciting the sūtras, contemplating and cultivating, all as in the text below, explained in accordance with the precepts.
