第二、對機正誦中二：先、歎戒要勝；後、正誦戒相。前中二：初、明戒法深勝；二、從「佛子諦聽」下，辨戒機緣廣。

Second, directly reciting to those who are receptive has two parts: first, praising the essential excellence of the precepts; later, directly reciting the characteristics of the precepts. In the former, there are two: first, clarifying the profound excellence of the precept Dharma; second, from 'Sons of the Buddha, listen attentively' onward, distinguishing the wide range of candidates receptive to the precepts.
