第四、具緣成犯者，別緣有六緣：一、是酒，二、酒想，三、酤意，四、受得直，五、授與酒，六、前人領入手，便犯。

Fourth, regarding the fulfillment of conditions constituting an offense: The specific conditions consist of six conditions: 1. It is alcohol; 2. Perception of it as alcohol; 3. Intention to sell; 4. Receiving its price; 5. Handing over the alcohol; 6. The other person receiving it into their hands—then the offense is committed.
