4.78

四、具四緣：一、是五辛。二、起彼想。三、無開緣，謂重病及度生等。四、食已，便犯。

Fourth, having four conditions [constitutes the offense]: 1. It is the five pungent roots. 2. Arousing the thought that it is so. 3. Having no circumstances of exception, meaning severe illness, liberating sentient beings, and so forth. 4. Having eaten them, one incurs an offense.
