四、具緣者，亦六緣成犯：一、為自名利，二、故近官等，三、倚恃威勢，四、通惱他人，五、求彼處求，六、得彼處得。

Fourth, necessary conditions: Six conditions also constitute the offense: 1. for one's own fame and profit; 2. deliberately associating with officials and the like; 3. relying on power and influence; 4. harassing others generally; 5. seeking where they seek; 6. obtaining where they obtain.
