四、具緣者，具五緣：一、內有惡心，二、見戒行人，三、謗以惡言，四、傳遘兩頭，五、造惡令鬪。故成犯也。

Fourth, regarding the fulfillment of conditions: fulfilling five conditions: 1. Harboring an evil mind inwardly; 2. Seeing a practitioner of the precepts; 3. Slandering with evil words; 4. Relaying and instigating between both parties; 5. Committing evil to provoke quarrels. Thus it constitutes an offense.
