四、具緣者，亦具四緣：一、是新學。二、有講法處。三、無別開緣。四、不往聽受故，便犯。

Fourth, regarding possessing conditions, it also possesses four conditions: 1. being newly trained; 2. there being a place where the Dharma is being expounded; 3. there being no distinct exceptional circumstances; 4. not going to listen and receive it. Hence, one offends.
