七、通塞者，若病、若無力、若不解、若彼慢法、若為調彼等，如前說皆不犯。反上皆犯。

Seventh, permissible and impermissible cases: If one is ill, if one lacks strength, if one does not understand, if the other person is arrogant toward the Dharma, or if it is to tame the other person and so forth, as explained previously, in all such cases no offense is committed. Reversing the above, an offense is committed in all cases.
