四、具緣者：一、是病苦。二、起彼想。三、自無病等。四、嫌心捨去。故結成犯。
Fourth, regarding possessing conditions: 1. it is sickness and suffering; 2. giving rise to that conception; 3. oneself having no illness, and so forth; 4. abandoning and leaving them with a resentful mind. Hence the offense is adjudicated.
