5.36

七、通塞者，若自病、若新差、若遣人者看、若與食與藥、若彼自有人、若彼病已差，如是一切無犯。反上，一切皆犯。更有餘緣，准思可知。

Seventh, regarding the permissible and barred: if one is ill oneself, or has newly recovered, or sends someone else to nurse them, or provides food and medicine, or if the other party already has someone, or if the other's illness has already healed—in all such cases there is no offense. Contrary to the above, all are offenses. There are further remaining circumstances, which can be understood by contemplation and analogy.
