四、具緣者：一、實是好人。二、知是無事。三、故起惡心。四、發言謗黷，明了便犯。

Fourth, possessing the conditions: 1. They are genuinely a good person. 2. One knows that there is no such incident. 3. One intentionally gives rise to a malicious intent. 4. One utters words of slander and defilement clearly; then an offense is incurred.
