6.100

七、通塞者，若宿習力暫起現行，若新發心暫失念，若示同彼，若調眾生，皆應無犯。餘皆犯也。

Seventh, regarding exceptions and restrictions: if it arises temporarily as active manifestation due to the force of past habituation; if a newly aspired [bodhisattva] temporarily loses mindfulness; if one appears identical to them; or if one is taming sentient beings—in all such cases there should be no offense. In all other cases, there is an offense.
